SHIPPING: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time during checkout. The shipping cost depends on what shipping method is selected and the final destination from shipping origin. Please note all in stock items ship within 24-48 hours. The available UPS shipping methods are listed below for all destinations located within the United States.

• UPS Ground - Arriving 2-5 days.
• UPS Next Day Air - Arriving next day.
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Arriving 2 days.
• UPS 3 Day Select - Arriving 3 days.

A delivery confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. The status of your delivery can be viewed at www.ups.com, or may be accessed within the order confirmation sent via e-mail once item is shipped.

If you do not have a credit card, we also accept Money Order. Please contact us first for instructions on payment via money order.

Signature Confirmation of Delivery: Will be required on all orders ABOVE $299 only!

SHIPPING INFO: Your name and billing address should match the information provided for the purchase. We ship only to your billing address. NO EXCEPTIONS. All wigs will be shipped to the billing address to avoid fraudulent orders, which we do prosecute. However, if you are in the USA and your wig must be sent to another address you MAY be asked to fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and have it faxed to 1-201-934-7993.

BILLING: If you paid in full, we will bill your card when your wig is due to be made unless a payment plan was noted. Payment plans on custom lace wig orders will be billed 50% before custom wig arrives, and the remaining 50% billed when custom lace wig is shipped.

RESTOCKING FEES: If a product is returned under unusual circumstances a 25% restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges will not be refunded.
